Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TITAN Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TITAN is a cloud deployment and infrastructure management platform that enables developers to deploy, manage, and monitor web applications on their own servers. The Service includes but is not limited to:

  • Automated application deployment via Git integration
  • Server management and monitoring
  • SSL/TLS certificate provisioning
  • Real-time deployment logs and metrics
  • API access for programmatic control

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Deploy malicious software, malware, or engage in phishing
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Mine cryptocurrency without explicit authorization
  • Host content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities

5. Service Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means Dodo handles payment collection, applicable taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. By selecting a paid plan, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms where applicable.

  • Checkout is completed on Dodo's secure hosted payment page — we do not collect card data directly
  • Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Upgrades take effect after successful payment confirmation via webhook
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless required by law
  • We may offer a free trial on paid plans; you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • Failed payments may result in subscription hold and service limits after a grace period

6. Data and Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption, TLS 1.3, and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we target 99.9% uptime for the core API. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance) and force majeure events. Service credits are available for qualifying downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TITAN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TITAN, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TITAN operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
