TITAN Platform is a software-as-a-service product provided for deployment automation and infrastructure management.

2. Regulatory Compliance

TITAN Platform operates in compliance with:

  • SOC 2 Type II - Security, Availability, and Confidentiality controls
  • ISO 27001 - Information Security Management (target compliance)
  • PCI DSS - Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (Level 1 certified)

3. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services process data on our behalf:

Open-source components used in this platform are attributed in our open-source licenses file and used in accordance with their respective licenses.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If informal resolution is not possible:

  1. Contact [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute
  2. We will respond within 14 business days with a proposed resolution
  3. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration

6. Export Controls

The Service uses strong cryptography (AES-256, Kyber-768). Export of this software may be subject to export control laws. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable export regulations in their jurisdiction.

7. Security Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly:

  • Bug Bounty: Qualifying reports are eligible for rewards

Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have released a fix. We commit to acknowledging your report within 24 hours and providing a remediation timeline within 72 hours.

8. Limitation of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TITAN and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
